Ofsted recognises rapid progress

Our recent Ofsted monitoring visit has brought exciting news for our school community. Inspectors visited on 15-16 October to check our progress following last September's inspection, and we're delighted to share their recognition of the substantial improvements being made.

"There's a brilliant energy in our school right now - you can feel the excitement as everyone pulls together to make positive changes," says Head of School James Roberts, who took over the leadership of the school in September. "While we still have work to do, it's particularly gratifying to have Ofsted confirm the progress we've been seeing ourselves."

The inspectors highlighted several key areas of improvement, including our strengthened curriculum planning and the calm, focused atmosphere in classrooms. They noted that staff are fully committed to making improvements and that pupils themselves spoke confidently about their learning during the inspection.

Working closely with Together Learning Trust and our Interim Executive Board, we've developed a clear strategy for continued improvement. The Trust's specialists have provided exceptional support, helping us create a rich, cohesive learning journey from Early Years to Year 6.

"We're creating a learning environment where every child can thrive," Mr Roberts adds. "Our commitment remains unwavering: to provide a nurturing, ambitious school where every child is supported to be bold, brave, and brilliant."
